Fall Activities

Fall Trail Work Party, October 25
Help prepare the ski trails with fellow Kongerberger members on Saturday, October 25!

Start time 9:00 at the cabin.
Dress for the weather. Bring water and snacks.
Bring work gloves and boots.
We have a number of new jobs lined up, for example shoring up the timing shed. But there are also the usual jobs such as removing conifer seedlings from the edges of the trails, clearing the trails of bigger rocks, cutting back the willow and alder by the side of the trails, and clearing debris left by the chain saw groups on the Amabilis road.
There are some tools at the cabin but it is best to bring your own tools: pruners, loppers, pruning saws, pole saws.
