Cabin Creek Nordic Grooming Report
(Cabin Creek & Erling Stordahl trail systems)

The Cabin Creek Sno-Park Groomed Trail System is a non-motorized recreation area provided by the
Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission, funded by Sno-Park permit fees, and located primarily on USFS land.
The trails are groomed by a private contractor under contract to State Parks.

This morning is a definition of a perfect spring skiing day.
Groomed up Amabilis, Pickett View N & S, and the spur. The Road is still snow covered in places and as you head up Amabilis it's a hike past the first switchback and then another short hike after the second switchback. Past the third switchback it's all snow less a couple skinny spots.
This is the last grooming for the 25/26 season. Thank you for all the smiles. Enjoy summer, see you next December.

Plan to groom Amabilis Friday for weekend. This will be last grooming of 25/26 season. Plan on hiking from The Road to 2nd switchback.

UPDATE; grooming suspended on lower trails and The Road. While snow remains grooming would compromise what fragile snow base is left. We will attempt to groom Amabilis for the weekend but currently it requires a hike to the second switchback.

Groomed The Road and Amabilis to the top. Grooming will be firm and fast this morning.
Probably last grooming of The Road. Trail up Amabilis is melting quickly and requires a hike up to nearly the second switchback.
We will try to groom Amabilis next week depending on conditions, but this very well could be last grooming of the season.

Groomed lower trails, The Road and Amabilis to the top. The warm week and heavy rain has taken its toll; this will probably be last grooming of lower trails. We will groom the Road and up Amabilis from the second switchback Sunday.
Groomed Erling Stordahl for SkiforLight. Double track set and the wet week requires a sense of adventure. Flooding in Meadow Loop. This morning will be last grooming for Erling Stordahl.
NOTICE: Sunday could be last grooming of the season depending on weather this week.
